Mackenzie, Kennel Attendant
Mali came to us as a tiny kitten. She was very malnourished, anemic, and overall sick. We nursed her back to health and spoiled her terribly along the way. She was still small when we lost Midnight. We worked with Mali to enable her to fill some big shoes. She has us all wrapped around her little paws. She loves to play fetch, refuse to have the same meal twice in a row, nap in her "forest", get into mischief, and look at you adorably after she does something she knows she isn't supposed to. She is such a character!
Midnight was our resident hospital cat for over 9 years. Midnight was adopted by Bayside when her owner's battle with cancer did not allow her to continue caring for her. Midnight lost her own battle with cancer in September 2015. We all miss her very dearly. She will always be remembered by our staff and clients.
